Look for one of the best and most complete documentaries called "The band that achieved the impossible/BTS/ documentary, you will love it and understand how BTS thinks and how their great talent led them to success, it is very complete and I totally recommend it, made by a Mexican psychologist, I hope it has an English translation.

Ramen is high in sodium (salt) Lots of sodium = fluid retention = swollen (puffy) face Since I started getting into BTS I realized that Koreans pay a lot of attention to this fact (having a swollen face) and avoid eating certain foods if they have an event or something like that the next day. Before it was something I didn't even realize and now I can see it in myself when I just wake up lol
