The lawyer of alice guo says that the subject stated she is still in the Philippines and that the subject talked to her lawyer over the phone several times. Check the lawyer’s phone for veracity and confirmation for communication between the two if phone calls or text messages is infact true. If there are no records of communication between the subject and the lawyer then the Senate can determine 100% if this lawyer is truthful and honest to the Senate inquiry. Put him under oath before questioning him about their communication with each other.

However the Senate has not completely lostbthis game,they can begin by asking people that manages our immigration system,airport authorities as how this wanted person managed to escape Phil Laws. Parallel to that,The Phil Govt thru the DOJ could ask the Interpol to track her whereabouts so we could ask that country to deport her back to the Philippines. If she manage to return to China,there in would be the big problem,they would not extradite Guo Hua Ping back to the Phil,unless we give up our claims in the WPS. I always believe that when she said thru social media that she would be facing her case and all those legal appeals are just smokescreen for her escape,i was right. I wonder what her lawyer have to say now after all those legal rhethorics he uttered.
