FYI the raptor has lots of tork and revs a lot even I tighten mines still gets loses it always go back tighten every other time even the k&n can fall off always look at that every time riding make sure tighten too.

Nice bike , have you considered leaving the airbox lid off? Dyno proven results says about 5hp gain from it being off.
