Raptor Riding at the 2024 Badlands Bash

Today's video takes us to Attica Indiana to ride at the 2nd Annual Badlands Bash at the Badlands Offroad park. The event had an awesome turnout with much more attendance than last year. I had a blast on the Raptor and it was great riding with so many followers and creators from all over the country!

@@PeteHager may have to look into getting one. I would love to get some good drone shots of my friends and I out on the trails 🤙🏼 what do you recommend for a personal, on-body camera to use while riding? Go pro??? And helmet mount or chest mount?? Advice would be much appreciated bro!

@@josephhamilton5185 I've been running gopro's for years. I ran the HERO7 for a long but finally upgraded to a HERO11 last year to start filming in 4k. I'm happy with the gopro platform and the newer white endurance batteries work awesome in colder temps! I use a dango designs chin mount on my helmet. They work good if your guard on the helmet is thick but if it's thin then they can struggle to clamp on tight enough. You may want to find a strapped mounting option if that's the case. I have a 2005 Yamaha raptor 660,been sitting for years, doesn't run at the moment, I want to get it running again, I've been jonesing for a ride, I've been to the badlands in Attica Indiana, check out the orange trail, mostly for jeeps and 4x4, but still a lot of fun, if you don't get stuck.

The KTM's are amazing machines but they're not ideal to have as your primary machine as they don't like a lot of hours. It's hard to beat the practicality of owning a Honda or Yamaha since there's so much aftermarket parts support for them. If it's a back up quad or a secondary machine and you find the right deal then I say go for it!

Hey Pete idk if you would know what is up with weston at drw. May 15th I ordered the case saver for my 24 yfz450r it went to label created date pending in brownsboro tx but that post office never got it. I've texted his number on his site I've emailed him 4 times I called 4 times left messages and no response. I don't wanna think negative but I had to tell PayPal it's 70 bucks with shipping. I wanted his skid plate too but I can't support him anymore since he won't reply back.

The Badlands is an off-road park in Attica Indiana you pay to ride per day. You get a bracelet and you're good for the entire day you just need a whip flag. The bash which was on June 8th this year and was the second time they have had the event is no different than any other day. But the park does get crowded. You can sign up to do the events as well or just spectate.
