My. Raqovery win is that I started exercising 3 or 4 times a week. What I need to improve is waking up earlier😊

Ooooo Marcy, how fancy!!! That's awesome! In what way are you exercising? Since actually a book that I read (and I've reviewed, but the video book review is still unedited at the moment) mentioned being out in nature more and taking advantage of that and how healing it is, in early spring I started to implement when I stop by the library after work on most weekdays that I walk over to the Dunkin and get a coffee for the next day, walk back to the library and chill there until it closes. Just that little bit of exercise and seeing the different plants, thinking to myself, seeing the coming sunset or the bugs (I saw a snail once! And I found somebody's glasses another time. And there was a time I mistook cheddar fries or Cheetos to being carrots on the ground but they were definitely not carrots hahaha) is just such a nice little thing! Feeling the temperature and just finding a path that I know well is really nice. 😊🩵 Also, in that live stream I did, we talked a little about nature and gardening, if that's something interesting to you! Mmmm, what time are you waking up lately and what time would you prefer to wake up at? Are you getting enough sleep to make this adjustment? I've been waking up early the past couple of days, no idea why, especially since I'm exhausted when I do (I woke up randomly at 4AM for a solid ten minutes today, strange) and I've been going to bed very late but... alas. Then the next mission is to actually keep myself awake the rest of the day. Coffee definitely helps. I gotta learn how to make my own coffee though, I have a bit of a coffee problem these days now... 😳😳🤭 But any who, thanks so much for commenting and responding and answering with your wins and improvements!! @@RaqoverytoWellness I'm doing yoga in my bedroom, it's a little tricky because my bedroom is pretty small. I warm up first for ten minutes and then I use a routine for stretching I found online. My goal is to wake up a couple of hours earlier, maeby catch up on my reading routine or do some laundry

@@marcylynn3703 Ooooo, yoga! That's awesome!! Do you use a yoga mat? I've gone to a couple of yoga classes before but it's never really been something I've seriously undergone, but it's definitely cool and popular and good. 🙂 I know they have chair yoga too, which is awesome. Nice, stretching is great! More often I'm running 15 min stretch groups at work (which is good because I don't know enough stretches to fill half an hour, which sometimes I have to do, so I take tips and tricks from the patients hahaha I'm also not 💯great at having it BE 15 mins, I've cracked the code at 10 mins but I definitely need to up my stretching game haha) I'm so out of shape these days that stretching can knock me down a few pegs hahha 😅 Any good stretch channels, sites or videos you've found that helps you the most? Oooohhhh, sounds lovely!!! Laundry and reading routines are excellent! You could even get yourself to do the laundry first and read for that amount of time until it's done and begin the cycle again when, or if, you put it in the dryer. Sounds marvelous and wonderfully mindful! 🩵🩵💛💛 I have to get back into a book reading routine, that's for sure. Thanks so much for commenting and sharing!!! @@marcylynn3703 Yay! Hooray to ideas! You'll have to let me know how it goes! Pick a fancy spot with a blanket or a cup of tea/coffee and dive into the book as you can hear the faded churn of your washer machine (if it's near you haha). 😚🩷🌈

Aaaah, well, you didn't miss too, too much! We did a little bit of journaling where I was reading over some of the activity prompts and we spoke about that and then others in the chat asked me questions that I answered. And there was a lot of awkwardness on my part hahaha Also, I was late to it, too, so that happened. But, I'll probably anxiously put myself into a similar position next month to work on getting better at live streams and handling them. I'll also work on announcing and following up better, too. And if I can figure out a way to focus my webcam better or if there is or isn't a way to zoom in, that would be helpful information, too.
