Hello Friends, I am Ruby! Today, I’m excited to share with you the recipe for Hotel or Dhaba Style #ChickenRara -a dish we often enjoy at dabhas, hotels and restaurants, but did you know it's just as easy to make at home? In this video, I'll show you how to prepare this delicious dish with a few simple steps.
Ingredients (Rara Chicken Party Pack):
- Chicken 16 Pcs
- Chicken Boneless (minced) - 400gms
- Chop Masala - 250 to 300gms
- White Gravy & Makhani Gravy - Very small qty approx. 1/4 cup
- Salt (according to taste)
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Haldi 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander Jeera Powder 1 tablespoon
- Sabut Jeera 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala 1/4 teaspoon
- Kasoori Methi 1/4 teaspoon
- Chicken Base Gravy - 3 cups
- Chopped Garlic - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Green Chillies - 2
- Desi Ghee - 2 tablespoon
- Ginger Julienne
- Dhaniya
