Drinking Music Of Mengsong, eating Mazapan and cookies, tripping out that Yunqing pressed these cakes himself! So thoroughly impressed

I could watch 20 hours of this, not just 20 min. Keep up the great work, cheers from eastern europe!

Really interesting conversation. Yunquing always seemed so jovial in the other shorts I've seen him in, but that good time attitude is backed by tons of knowledge. Really good content Jesse, deep dives into tea quality, history, etc are really cool. Not being bilingual puts up an additional barrier to seeking some of this knowledge out, thanks for taking the time to translate!

I named my water buffalo tea pet ZACHARY! Also, I got a puerh tea cake from a friend, it tastes Smokey. Is that good quality???

excellent interview! it's a pretty incredible thing to hear the voice of the person that provides the tea oranges i love so much. what a gift to "learn the lore" from the provisioners of my tea journey. thank you, jesse! also thanks for addressing amazon tea and base cost of production. i appreciate that you keep your profit (maybe unnecessarily) low. truly, $48 for that bingdao mellow is a steal. thanks teaguy!

Loved this one! As he went into details about terroir, packaging and storing method/details. All were reminders of how each batch of tea we consume only lasts for so long before it is gone. We often talk about what types of teas we enjoy, what notes and flavors, but the uniqueness of every session is what is to be cherished in the moment. You will never have a cup of tea that tastes the same in another session. There are so many variables that are controlled to making your tea. I know you've mentioned packaging methods here and there on other posts, but it would be cool if you did an in depth lesson on how to verify or determine the legitimacy of aged teas in the market when purchasing large quantities such as bings and bricks. I mostly only purchase recent produced cakes to age myself from 2018 and up. Please continue to thank all your guests for sharing their knowledge!

Hello Jesse, My fiancé and I are planning our first trip to Hong Kong. I love following you on youtube and have also ordered some teas and tea cups from you. I love your products and what you’re doing. We wanted to ask if you could give us a few recommendations for some cool, must try and unique tea experiences during our trip? We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Your Tea Friend

Thanks for sharing! Love more Yunqing on the channel. Yunqing mentioned different grades of the exact same tea (一级,二级,特级,etc). How does one decide which one is good enough? Get samples of all of them to try? Always go for the 'best' (most expensive) one? Also, is that grading consistent across brands, or do producers just call it what they want? How do you decide which kind you bring to your store? I have questions :)

Such an incredible video jesse thank you both for your time. I'm even more excited now to try the sample box I ordered, I have a question. Do you have any suggestions on how to prepare a new pot for tea? Anything specific or just go in and not worry about it

I've been wanting to get into pu'er for some time but I'd some in the past and it has muddy/dirt taste to it. Is it normal or just low quality ones I've had?

I wonder if the boxes are just discoloured or if they are different releases.
@defiantclass3 ай бұрын
@@TimHoekstra No reason to assume they're discolored. Suntory's production facilities at every level for Yamazaki are located in Japan.

Question for Yunqing: does he believe that modern zhuni is still real zhuni, or that Lao zhuni is the only real zhuni?
