Shannon, your brother was a beautiful creature, inside and out. Smart, romantic, he had a special aura. I loved him since the very first time I saw The Crow and his interviews, I was 9 back then. Now I'm 33 and I love him even more. I send lots of love on your way, your sweet brother was unique!

What are you talking about? He looked nothing like his dad you couldn't even tell he was half chinese. he looked white.
@janesmith76762 жыл бұрын
@@yokiryuchan7655 I don't think that person was referring entirely to looks. But if Brandon had a more Caucasian appearance, it's probably because Bruce himself was partially European (rumored German ancestry), which would make Brandon more white than Asian. Still, personally I can see his Asian features pretty well (he has hid dad's bone structure). To me he looks just like what he is - Eurasian.

Always a good thing to see some new, rare footage of him. I'm currently revisiting many of his videos because this week a theater that is located near my house will be screening "The Crow", and I've always wanted to experience that film in a movie theater, never had the chance to do so since I was very little when he passed away. I'm genuinely excited.

Who are you referring to? I think for a guy like Dan Inosanto who was close to both Bruce & Brandon it's probably still a very painful subject (I remember Taky Kimura mentioning in an interview that Dan had hoped Brandon would eventually take over the leadership so to speak of jeet kune do). I've also heard James Coburn speak fondly of Brandon (in the Curse Of The Dragon documentary, as I recall).
@a.m.thomas93663 жыл бұрын

Must have been a local talk show....."...name of the film again?" LOL!! DUH!! Didn't really do much research before hand. Brandon Lee--such a shame "it happened" frilming The Crow. His film after RF and his last. THAT don't happen. :P Has to be due to what his father said to the "wrong people" when they came knocking...though, in this interview...it could have been due to what Brandon said....when a new crop of "bad peope" xame knocking on HIS door...might have gotten his father's cockiness...being tossed out of school/hitchiking just out of high school? Celebs/pro atheletes need to "play ball or else...". ..Nature of the busines....or most businesses ...having to pay "that fee"... Bruce Lee---created a mratial arts sysem called JKD. ...without earning at least a black belt FIRST in those styles he borrowed from....heh...never competed at all in martial arts in any shape or form....and got so many students based on his on-screen ersona...being "larger than life"...based on heresy/hype... WOW11 P I used to be a fan growing up...can't believe I bought into it...
