Just to clarify. It seems like when you call for purchasing help, They basically just look for it online. So, anyone with a computer and internet access can do this.

Hey Victor! Very true but for some items that are out of stock online and only sold in store (in other locations) makes the concierge a good way to search for whatever you’re looking for. No guarantees though!

My interest would be in getting event tickets or reservations. I don’t travel or do anything to make a platinum worthwhile to me though.

Hey Charlie! The most they will do would probably be to call every Rolex AD in your area but with the current situation of Rolex I highly doubt they will be able to secure one unfortunately :/
