Rare HD color footage of Berlin's Olympic Stadium in 1947

These recordings of the Olympic Stadium were made by employees of the Weirton Steel Company (West Virginia, USA) in September 1947.
The aim was to examine Germany's industrial production capacities after the devastations of WWII.
The original footage was minimally edited (re-sharpening, contrast) and enlarged to 1080p using the Pikavue upscaler.
