Keep in mind, this man was kept in solitary for decades, and during that time, constantly did physical fitness to sharpen his mind, and managed to bend prison bars open with his bare hands, and they refused to get him the help he needed. Edit:reports have confirmed he bent cell bars open with his bare hands, my point is the still let him go free without proper psychiatric help.

Broncos book solitary fitness will change your life. He knows loads about fitness and is really funny when he writes. If you follow his fitness plan you become ridiculously strong, it's his use of isometric exercise which is often neglected. Also he held the record for push ups 118 in 60 seconds, did 1790 sit ups in an hour and 1727 press ups in an hour.

No it’s not; it’s him being manipulative. The trademark of someone with antisocial personality disorder. Prison doesn’t make people “Ill equipped” to not be paranoid and think that a bathroom full of innocent people is out to get him. That’s the pathological thought process that he was born with. He deserves to be in solitary for the rest of his life.

Yep. It’s depressingly obvious when you stop and think about it. If say you have 100 interactions with people over the course of a week or two, and say 80 of those interactions make us feel shit? Makes sense we over time just naturally learn “okay, interacting with people is going to go badly for me” I had a lot of issues from my childhood, maternal grandparents both died in my first two years of life. Everyone was understandably devastated so I learnt “okay, no one wants to interact with me, must be something wrong with me?” Makes me happy the internet exists where people can make sense of these things without having to actually put themselves in the situation they find difficult, if not impossible I hope you’re doing well now

@@TheHulksMistress sorry mate but 99.99% of people don’t remember what happened when they were two years old. That doesn’t sound like childhood issues because a couple of your grandparents died when you were 2. A lot of my friends never even met some of their grandparents.
@TheHulksMistress
@TheHulksMistress Жыл бұрын
@@stevegoldstein3402 I get you, but it’s not losing the grandparents itself, it’s everything that comes after it. Our formative years (I think that’s years 1 to 4 or something like that) are when we learn how the world works, my formative years were of watching my mum break down, screaming and crying. Usually when I’d walk into the room (because she was understandably massively overwhelmed and didn’t want to have to raise a child) I lost my grandparents and yeah I don’t have specific memories of it, but because I lost them I also lost my mum. I remember anytime I’d hurt myself or anything like that, I’d look over at her and she’d just stare right through me. She’d ignore me on my birthdays, things like that. For about 20 years I took that to mean something was wrong with me, but eventually I realised it’s nothing to do with me at all, she’s just lost and alone and needed her parents Dumb comparison but it’d be like if you have a driving instructor and they’ve just experienced a tragedy before you start learning with them. They’re not gonna be very good lessons lol, and the learner would probably come away from it thinking they were the problem and just not a very good learner. When really the instructor just doesn’t want to be there

It always strikes me that long term prisoners are some of the most well spoken and educated people in society due to having all the time in the world to read and study. Yet there is a point society forgets about them and doesn't care for their rehabilitation in a corporate prison system. Someone has made a lot of money from Charles Bronson being incarcerated for so long.
@karltrapson

Who cares? Go live your life and stop putting criminals on a pedestal. He chooses not to rehabilitate. He chooses to act out. He chooses to stay in prison. You're just sheltered and don't understand anything beyond your narrow scope of emotional reality.

He attempted to kill someone, has antisocial personality disorder, and will definitely kill people given the chance. Technically hitler and Charles Manson never killed anyone. He’s being manipulative by saying he was “Ill equipped to be out in public.” Those are skills that (normal) children develop early on and don’t lose. Prison doesn’t take away someone’s ability to not be paranoid and want to beat up every guy in a public bathroom. That’s psychopathy that he was born with. No therapy can help him. He was born and will die a monster.

It is a disgrace that whole prison system epically fails people every day all over the world. There are all kinds of people that are locked up in prison. People who are innocent and should never been in prison. People who have made one or more mistakes and hopefully when they get out they will never make another mistake again. People who have a career out of being a criminal and will most likely die locked up behind bars. Then you have the worst of the worst. Criminals that are completely insane and should never be given a second chance to get released from prison.
