You can't, he'll be sued for discrimination. The most he can do is check and ask for driving records for the past 3-5 years. Other than that, you can't discriminate based on level of wealth and back ground. Clearly they were either high or drunk. Driving reckless and didn't see the center divider, my main question is, how in the hell do you end up on the wrong side of the road towards incoming traffic. They should have just turn around and corrected their driving. But like I said, drinking and or high and driving at night.

It's not revelant. 8 of my friends just rented from Houston just a few days, they rented 3 Lamborghinis and one Ferrari 488. Except we actually take care of our cars. People will always wreck them no matter what level of wealth your on. Depends on the person on how they drive. Ask for driving records and that's as far as he can to reject a person. He can reject them and claim they're drivers risk. All they have to do is feel some type of way of discrimination and boom Houston has a law suit on his hands.
