I loved the Towers. It was so brilliant of Yamasaki to offset them slightly so no matter what direction you looked from, one would always compliment the other, from some angles, the south would look taller, from others, the north would. Sad but good to remember.

I think it's healthy to try to understand the towers, the people and especially what they went through on that day. So many people want to forget and move on. That's fine but it's good to stop and remember those who died needlessly.

woooo that radio interference was strrrrrrrooooooooong. that transmitter was intense! def getting a dose of low level radiation. can only imagine the one on top of One World Trade, but the way technology is now you would not even realize it unless you had a RF meter! Thank you so much for this! I was up there one month before the twins were viscously attacked by cowards, and I was too poor to have a camera or a camcorder. My grandpop passed in 1999 and he wanted to take me there so bad, so my mom took me in August of 2001 before I started school. Being 13 - 14 years old then you still are working on getting your mentallity to a more mature state, but i had the ware-with-all to pop in a VHS on SLP and hit record right before the second plane hit. I can still remember the state of complete disbelief and the "no this isn't happening" feelings, then seeing the F-16's with afterburners zoom overhead kinda sealed it. sorry for the story.

@@ToddMcDurmont Not true. It is possible. Take the old antenna data from One World Trade for the telemundo station. Using it's ERP and pattern, you can calculate the field strength of the lobe over the old south tower observation deck. You were using an old consumer analog camera. It's works by creating an RF Field across the spinning video heads and "striping" the video tape. The consumer camera had poor shielding as the visual carrier gets into the RF amp section of the camera and takes over. As you pan in the video, you can literally "hear" the isolation null created as your body isolates (or at least reduces the TV signal) getting into the camera. I find this portion of your video VERY interesting and a GOOD lesson for electrical engineering students.

It that's a complaint, then deal with it. The buzzing is from communication transmissions. It could not be avoided. It typically happens around transformers and communications antennas.
