The UAE datejust is a 16030 because of the engine turned bezel, the 16014 has a fluted bezel.

I'll comment on the Muslim/Islam reference of not being able to wear gold. The women are allowed to wear gold, the men are not allowed to wear it - that's what's required of the men of the religion. So that is a pretty unique way to bypass that rule. But, just as Marco said, there's a two-tone version as well and well-off UAE and Saudi folks who wear full gold Rolexes - so it's sorta sketch on who follows it in the religion.
