I bought the series of cards you were talking about. I have 4 1/2 binders full of cards, and 1 or 2 empty binders. They just stopped arriving. I guess I have them all.

Similar to this in the UK in the 90s and noughties I had some episodes from different Star Trek shows on VHS tape and with some of them if you take out the cover sheet on the back of it it will have facts

I remember collecting those mini cards in the early nineties out of potato chip bags. TNG and DS9. I got so sick of eating potato chips, believe me.
