The company TVR, (originally named after the British founder TreVoR Wilkinson), was a Blackpool based company in Lancashire England, when the Cerbera Speed 12 was built, The abbreviation TVR stems from the name of the company's owner Trevor Wilkinson, his first garage sporting the letters T, V and R. The history of TVR can be divided into several eras, each of which is associated with the company's owner at the start of that period: 1946-1965, founder Trevor Wilkinson, who left in 1962. The TVR Cerbera Speed 12, originally known as the Project 7/12, is a high performance sports car designed by TVR in 1997. Based on the TVR Cerbera, the vehicle was intended to be both the world's highest performance road car and the basis for a GT1 class endurance racer.

I loved my 1966 Blue w/white top Amphicar. My dad gave it to me for Christmas in 1965. I drove it from San Antonio, Texas to San Francisco. I could write a book on all the crazy things that happened along the way. Not cause of car problems, but coz of all the peeps wanting demonstrations at gas stations and the like. The cops would also radio ahead to their friends and they, in-turn, would pull me over for a demo. While living in the bay area, everyday was an adventure as I drove it to work. Example: some drivers would pull up behind me at a stop light. Then as they realized something was different, you could see them in your rear view mirror saying, WTF? Seeing that, I immediately put the water gear on as I took off,. The propellers would be turning and those behind would be dying of laughter. I went in fresh water lakes all the time. Never had to service it after I did so. Just did regular maintenance. Once I had to tow a disabled boat (That had been harassing us) to shore on Lake Merritt in Oakland. What a riot😆 My girlfriend in high school, drove an Isetta to school. On the weekends, we go to drive-ins. Great, except as we sat in the car, we were constantly pranked. A group of friends would see us and lift the car up in the air, placing us on the side walk or some difficult place to get the car out of🤣

15:20 the peugeot s20 is not that amazing. These track designed lightweight cars have been around a long time, you just don't see them parked at your local shopping centre although in most countries it's totally legal to do this. Companies such as Caterham have been doing this for years but have 4 wheels. If you want 3 wheels I highly suggest the Campagna T Rex, the RR version has 300 HP on tap and has no windshield. Not fast enough? Well there is a 400hp Vuhl from Mexico, that will get you fro 0-200kph in 6 seconds. In the Vuhl you can enjoy no windshield, no doors, no ABS or TCS and all that power slamming the 600kg car with 100% direct rear wheel drive. I have been lucky enough to drive the Vuhl on a race track but I actually met the owner outside the track at the fuel station putting air in his tyres and buying some snacks and redbull. Fast would be an unders, I race motorcycles, 0-200 in 6 seconds is moto GP territory. I'm supposed the cars I mentioned are not in here...... Perhaps in another video?

12:20 The concept of having a car talking to you, perhaps even entertaining the kid within you as it traveled from one destination to another, is not such a bad idea, really. Afterwords, I developed a car years ago, back in 2020 that was called the Excalibria. It was designed for 2-passengers and what I believed the future would look like so while it had a steering wheel, it was just a solid shape built and based in the car that did not rotate. It had quite a few security items in it as well including fingerprint and voice identification as I suspected the future would be rife with crime. Instead of user control though it operated entirely by voice much like our ALEXA today and was designed to entertain and inform riders as it went from point A to point B. It was never designed to be for private or commercial use and was mostly for single appearances and short drives at select auto-shows.

I'm really surprised you didn't include The Tucker. Created by Preston Tucker after WWII it was innovative in that it debuted a lot of the mechanics and safety standards we use in todays cars. Some include disc brakes, padded dashboard, roll bar in the roof, chassis that protected occupants from side impacts, laminated windshield, self-sealing tubeless tires and its unique third headlight that turned with the steering wheel. Sadly the big 3 quickly sabotaged him and pushed him out of business. I think there is something like 20 Tuckers still around today. There was even a movie made about Preston and his revolutionary car.

You can go for rides in the Amphicar. Disney World in Florida has a bunch of them at the Disney Springs park. As a boater myself, I think they are cool, but would NOT want one as my weekend boat and NOT in saltwater. Note the "HEMI" sticker on the one at 6:05 ...the owner has a sense of humor. LOL. And in Florida boat insurance is not mandatory unless you have a loan on it and the bank requires it. If you own one free and clear in Florida then you need only auto insurance. But you will have to pay the state registration twice. One for the car license plate and one for the vessel registration. These are the numbers on the driver side fender or door.
