Rare my ass i found four of those leviathans in the same session of 4 hours, so i found one every hour, amd i didnt even sail for long, i was sailing yo islands to set up portals and go them, best part i was already in the plains so them shells they just wasted away in my inventory serving as a "mystery" materials for my friends to ask me about and its always the same "Yo bro whats this" Oh thats the thing i found on the leviathans "But arnt those rare? Not at all i found four of them in the same day litterally every time i sail and get some food i almost always crash on them

It gives you an extra comfort when resting which can increase your rested bonus

It's called a Maypole- it's craftable. It adds +1 comfort. It's made with wood, dandelions, and thistle. It's only available to craft during summer, if it's not summer for you - change your computer calendar to summer.

Ive seen 3 leviathans at the same time in a small area where they all fitted into a screenshot. Ive also seen a surtling spawn in meadows. Got attacked by 2 serpents at the same time. Some real effed up shit can happen. :)

Me and my friend is a newbies of valheim 4days ago, and two of us didn't spoil our selves and it took 30 days ingame before two of us to make and made a bronze set😂then when me my friend sails through the ocean i was pointing at something there's another bigland then our boat just hit into a big rock island, i was set it on foot cause i saw something like ore then when i go near it, it was a barnacle i tried to use pickaxe, the ground suddenly shaking, then the land is sinking, me and my friend suddenly sail back to nearest land cause it got us scared the hell out of us😂 thinking i just stepped on a hydra or kraken or maybe some other big sea monster😂

that is Odin. He starts appearing randomly at night after you kill The Elder. Hes just an easter egg really. you can't interact with him at all and he disappears if you get too close

He has now started to kill and spawn camp me in my main base unless I am quick and shoot him with multiple arrows. You get some useful and unique items though, if you can send him back to his shadow realm enough times.

@@SpazzyjonesGaming the leviathans are generated when you generate the word, much like crypts, you don't actually spawn them while moving into a cell, they're already there waiting for you, the cluster leviathan phenom could be explained by the true randomness of the equation, since there's soooooooooo much water the probabilities of leviathans spawning in close proximity it's not as rare as one would think

Leviathans are set spawns by seed. You can look up their locations for your particular seed on the valheim map generator online. Thor is not locked behind moder. It's just random. Weather is not random tho - it's the same on every server based on world day/time and biome. You can build the maypole yourself wherever you want - its available during the summer. If it's not summer for you - just change the day to summer on your computer. Voila!
