Rasgulla or Rosogolla is a syrupy dessert popular in West Bengal, India. It is made from ball-shaped dumplings of chhena and semolina dough, cooked in light syrup made of sugar.

Lemon juice - 2 lemon
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 5 cups
