Great review. How reclined is the seats in the Burley Encore X, would it be OK for children to sleep or would the angle be too steep and their heads would lull forward? Thanks

It's pretty reclined. For sleeping though, kids will do better with the upgraded premium seats that offer head/neck support. Or you can use a neck pillow.
