This could actually be a pretty interesting discussion especially if you get into what type of schemes each team would need to run. Like the white team is not going to have the speed to keep up with the likes of Hill and Metcalf so they'd probably have to run a hybrid Tampa 2/Cover 3/Zone Blitz defense that always has a QB spy. The black team could run a more traditional defense, but would likely need to run a 3-3-5 just to have extra DBs to help cover TEs and try to avoid the TE vs LB mismatches. Offensively the white team would probably have a lot of short quick passes similar to what Brady and Brees did. The black team would probably run a lot of fakes to buy time to blow the top off the coverage. Both would probably run a lot of single back with the white team favoring 2 wide/2 tight and the black team favoring 4 wide.

The white team would run an offense of Purdy, CMC, Kupp with 3 TE set of Kelce, Hockenson and Kittle. Be tough to matchup with that grouping. The white team on defense would have to rely on pass rush since their secondary would be really bad but man a front seven of Watt, BosaX2, Hendrickson, Crosby, Karlaftis and Hutchinson would be crazy. I can't even think of an average level CB or S though. Harrison Smith was the last good one at S and Seyhorn was last good white CB.
