Your page is a Motivation for me , my channel is all about mental health awareness just in a different way .... I'm a young black man who has depression and anxiety and decided 2 not be afraid anymore n try n tell my story while also highlighting others who go thru the same thing ... I doubt u'll read this but I love this page we need more voices like ours 2 help end stigmas

Hey Miss Rashawnda, I'm just starting a healing journal today actually and it feels so daunting to me. I have so many things I need to cover but so unsure where to start. All I have a a book and a pen but everytime I go to free write my mind decides to jump from topic to topic.
