Rashoford is a 7/10 because you can't depend on him to give you consistent performances he'll give you 10 great games but also give you 10-15 stinkers a season as well, where as someone like Salah will give you 15-20 great games, 15-20 good games & about 5 stinkers a season; That's a big differents & why Salah is World Class & Rashford isn't despite wanting World Class wages he's nowhere near that level (yet, IMO he needs to leave Man Utd).

Rashfords problem is changing managers and philosophies every couple of years and having to adapt his game to suit them. I think this is the first season hes actually played and concentrating on 1 position instead of rotating between left right and up front. He seems to have lost that youthful instinctive play that got him to the big stage in the first place. Instead of being instinctively sharp, all the players are more worried about competing a pretty pattern of passes to please the boss. Right now we need goals. Any goals will do. Og, tap in, pen i dont care. Imagine, 6 or 7 years of Rashford and Martial playing up front together as a partnership. The way they burst on the scene (as big meeks would say lol) with that much time to work together they could've been the next Cole and Yorke. They all know how to play football, they all know their own strengths and weaknesses. Being micro managed doesnt always work. Too much thinking leads to not much doing. Its time we started doing instead of thinking

Rashford for me is what they call “a typical winger”. Has great moments, but blows hot and cold. At 26, he should be elite! Even if his own team is playing poor, he should be showing “I am Mr Manchester United”. They are professionals and paid handsomely for it. Quite honestly his time is up on the big stage for me, needs to go elsewhere to focus on his career. His form and style doesn’t suit Manchester United and Manchester United’s approach doesn’t suit him. It’s that simple, no need to make a song and dance about it.

I'm a united fan I'm also a rashford fan... infact he's currently my best player itw... and it has absolutely nothing to do with his football. He's just a great lad BUT.... first problem with rashford is the mentality.... his brand is so big that we automatically treat him like a superstar and expect superstar return and he lack the leadership or the hunger to live up to that. 2nd... i cant lie he's just lazy... or let me say relaxed. These days its almost like he doesn't want to beat his man even last season. He just looks for the counter... runs and shoot. Which is annoying because he has the ability like vini to run at his defender the whole match and cause havoc... He has a good cross on him... he's good with link up... like with him n martial but it just feels like he wants to bang in one risky bruno pass and call it a day.
