We are deep in the jungle of Grenada today with the man ‪@rasginga‬ , learning about Bush Craft the Rastafarian way! While hiking through the jungle we find the special sap of the gum tree used as a natural fire starter, learn the difference between breadfruit and bread nut, score some "Black Gold" wild nutmeg and mace, swim in a pristine mountain waterfall, explore a bat cave likely dug out by the original Taino people of the island, find some bois bande tree bark and watch how Ginga stays young by swinging on vines like Tarzan.
