I have tried many of your recipes and all were excellent. I made this cake 3 times already, 2 times for my guests and they all loved it. Never got this much appreciation for one single item. It's a foolproof recipe, i added heavy cream topping on top of this just for guests . Also baked at 400f for 35 min. I have tried same amt and 4 times of this recipe as well. Every time it was perfect. Sooji really gave a twist to the cake. And moreover it's perfect for vegetarians as this didn't need eggs. Still was soft nd yummyyy Thank you

Made this yesterday in my iftar party. It was bomb alhamdulillah. I used fresh cardamom powder instead of vanilla. Tasted exactly like rasmalai, alhamdulillah. And I doubled the milk mixture and served it on top of the cake individually as well. Chiefs kiss❤

Bake at 400 for about 25/30 mins. Check with toothpick and if it comes clean, it's cooked

You can make a steam bath in the oven. Place the dish in a pan with water and cover the dish with the cake with foil. But you'd need to keep an eye on the water level in there so it doesn't dry out

Yes you can preheat at 180c for 15 mins and bake it for 25 mins in 180c , I just made it it's perfectly come out.
