Rasmalai Cake:
Ingredients:
Flour ½ cup
Yogurts 5 tbsp
Oil 5 tbsp
Semolina as required
Sugar powder 1/2cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Baking soda 1/2tsp
Milk 1/2cup
Ingredients for Milk Syrup:
Cooked milk (thicken) ½ liter
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Rose water 1tbsp
Condensed milk 6tbsp
Pistachio for garnishing
Instructions:
In wok put stand add 4 cups of water and cook. In yogurt mix sugar and oil. Add ½ cup flour, baking powder, baking soda and ½ cup milk mix properly. Now add semolina and cardamom powder fold well. Now grease your pan add mixture in the pan then put pan on the stand and bake for 20-25 minutes. When it bakes properly put on rack & cool well. With the help of fork make marks on cake. For milk syrup, soaked milk, rose water, cardamom powder & condense milk well. Add milk syrup over the cake and garnish with pistachio & serve
Chicken Qeema Curry:
Ingredients for marination:
Chicken minced 1/2kg
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Yogurt 1/2cup
Salt as required
Red chili powder as required
Turmeric as required
Coriander 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Gravy:
Oil ½ cup
Chopped onion 2
Ground Tomatoes 2
Whole all spice 1 tbsp
Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Coriander leaves for garnish
Green chili for garnish
Lemon sliced for garnish
Onion rings for garnish
Instruction’s :
Mix everything in chicken mince with marination ingredients and marinate for 2 hours. Now in pan add oil, sauté onion then add whole spice and whole red chilies, sauté for 1 minute. Add minced with tomatoes and salt, cook well. After that add ½ cup water & cook for 15 minutes. In last add fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and green chilies mix well & serve hot.
