Hey guys, I just wanted to tell you that this recipe works! I tried it so many times and it worked every time. I just do let the macarons sit for over 30 minutes before I put it in the oven. Many friends asked me about the recipe and now trying to bake the macarons by themself. So thank you very much for that great recipe !

Hi! Most recipes give a 15 minute baking time , if u tried this one was it moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside? Thank u ,I would love to try them too

@@kwnstantinamavrochi2703 first they were crunchy but when you fill it with cream and put it somewhere cold for one day, they are gonna be soft :)

Yes i think this process is very important to become the feets of the macarons but she didn't describe this part but with this variant (italian meringue) drying is not necessary

Made these to celebrate my friend’s mother finishing her last chemo session. They were delicious, but I had to let them set first because the first batch had cracked. But a great recipe, indeed!

Jamie Klai Hi! So sorry I didn’t see this comment until now. About 30 min-1 hr. It depends on the humidity where you live, but it’s a great method to ensure your macarons come out perfectly!

This channel is my new addiction. This is the first macaroon recipe I’ve seen where there’s no wait for a skin to form. Which suits me. Just awesome. Now just gotta find freeze dried raspberries. You’re so gifted!!!

I recreated this recipe, but I added almond extract to the macaron shells instead of the freeze-dried raspberries and cooked them for 17 minutes at 270º instead of 20-24 minutes at 300º, and they turned out perfect!

@@tree1427 omg, it's been so long I honestly can't remember...I remember having freeze dried berries, but I don't remember how the macrons turned out. I would think pretty good, I never really made any bad macarons, hahaha!

@@lorenlash9174 So jealous... With today's batch I found out after the fact that the eggs went bad/were pasteurized. They just wouldn't whip up no matter what I did so I went ahead and bought new eggs but the damage was done to my confidence and patience so I also did a few mistakes but it just wasn't my day in general. Baking, which is my favourite hobby felt like torture

This recipe works. I failed many times. This one really works and tastes good too. I dry the skin 45m to 1 hour before putting it in the oven. Thank you so much for the sharing and recipe.

Since I have a gas stove, they turned a little brown. I turned the temp. To 250° for the second batch and they were perfect! Thanks for the easy recipe, they were so yummy!😁

Tried this recipe for my grandpa’s birthday. It was a great recipe but I’d do 2 little modifications. First for the ganache more raspberries and less chocolate. For the shells, I’d reduce 1/3 quantity of sugar. It was too sweet for my taste (both shells and ganache). Thanks a lot for your video!

Made these twice now and they were a huuuuuge hit! Just FYI, you can get freeze dried raspberries at target! I ground them down and sifted them (a few times) to remove the seeds! You don’t need to look for freeze dried raspberry powder, just make it with the ones target sells! I feel like they make a difference, though I haven’t made these without them. Otherwise the shell wouldn’t have the raspberry flavor, just the color.

Love, love love this recipe! But I’m so worried to change anything as it works the way it is. I want to add gel food colouring to achieve strong and different colour and skip the raspberry . Will it work 🤔 Many, many thanks 🙏

i've tried chocolate macarons but i failed (twice) but i got my head stuck so i will also try this. From what i've heard if you fail the french way,most likely you will succeed the italian way i hope so...wish me luck :) Told you before,i'm telling you again,love your recipes and videos...keep up the good work!

macarons can be quite tricky and you have to make them more times and adjust your oven for this recipe

yes..i know that i know! i'm always exact in the recipes and i'm always using scales,but as far as the baking time in oven i'm using an internal thermometer and i know my oven is quite strong...well first batch got burned :( the second was way too runny! i havent purchaced almonds yet ,so as soon as i got'em i will try again!

The fisrt time i watched a video about italian method that didn't pre-mix the haft egg white into the dry ingredient before folding the merigue. And the second is that, you didn't let the macaron rest before baked. But the resutl look so amazing!

Italian method doesn't necessary need to let them rest, but as macarons are so sensitive to various climate conditions it is best to try some batches at your place and see if any adjustments need to be made, like resting or reducing oven temperature.. etc
