I started to do my knitting again after 3 decades since my last, and now am more of like a beginner. Since i lost my fave pattern long ago, i have been checking arnd and i came across a few and then asked my 8yr son to choose which one is the best pattern (coz am planning to make one for a neighbor’s daughter, they are moving in 2 months time), so yes, my choose this and said this is very lovely!! There is, a tremendous amount. It can be very good for people with anxiety as the counting keeps you grounded to the present and helps you focus on the moment. Plus I think being creative is good for the soul and having something physical at the end is good. Try it!
