I'm glad that you found this video just now! You can still use all the instructions video. Currently I prefer Etcher and MobaXTerm_Personal. But you can follow the instructions of the video and start with the Win32DiskImager and VNC Viewer programs. And if you want, change later to those other two. Di check that the microSD card that you buy is compatible with your Raspberry Pi 3. One thing that was great with the video is that the enablement of the "full graphics interface" was shown, and although vnc is ok, the ssh / X windows is maybe better.

Thank you for your great feedback! I have learned from you some good things this evening. In the video it was important to favor those tools that are presented at the www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/remote-access/ so that it would be easier for people to go forward by themselves. And it was important for me to to give such a toolchain that would later make the updating and upgrading over Ethernet easy. But I quite agree with you. The ip-address-scanning and using would have be much more easy and straightforward with MobaXterm. And the whole process would have been quicker with ssh + S11. Here are few links for those my viewers and our readers that want to try these other options too: eltechs.com/3-ways-to-run-a-remote-desktop-on-raspberry-pi/ docs.google.com/document/d/1Ppk1YAHtrdVSQmXQyovBFmAec4KcW9mm2jLcothNMd8/edit#heading=h.y30rjrxu6hzy

At some stage, I may have results with SD Card and two flash drives to obtain quick upgrade / fallback of Pi3/ic880a-spi TTN Gw. Basic idea is allways have a simple SD Card and then "switch root" to a flash drive that is either production or to test, with easy fallback. I post a link to something if I get there, or if I see something in one of your videos that begins to feel like the correct time for me to actually do the thing. The basic start is "here" www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/hardware/raspberrypi/bootmodes/msd.md

That should work and it would be awesome! If I'll start making another Raspberry KZbin tutorial I'll post you the manuscript. So you can see in advance if your idea would suit into that video. The easier the upgrading the better! My current way of upgrading (through Ethernet) uses the "screen" program. It is not very user friendly way of doing things and that's why I didn't take that part into the video. But it works OK docs.google.com/document/d/1Ppk1YAHtrdVSQmXQyovBFmAec4KcW9mm2jLcothNMd8/edit#heading=h.t0u3t4hx0kjc
