Thanks for the video Mike. I too am a diehard SDRPlay fan with an RSP1A panadapter for the ic7300 and two DX and Duos . I cannot wait for sdr connect to launch and see the benefits of the Raspberry pi/Linux installs as well as remote . Thank you for sharing

Just getting myself into the raspberry pi as I now have 2 one I'm using with Flightaware and the other I'm wanting to use along side my Rsp1a , before Santa brings me the RspDx for Christmas, Hope Sdruno will be supporting the Raspberry Pi with the future updates , M3DCI 🇬🇧 All best Mike and great instructional Video Tony

I've been hemming and hawing over whether or not to get a Raspberry Pi to play with a portable setup for my RSP1A, but I've been afraid of two things: The learning curve, and taking away time from other things that need to get done. This video's given me a bit more confidence, and I was seriously thinking of breaking down and getting one for my upcoming birthday - but now I find out there's a shortage! :/

With the scripts provided, its a painless install. Use the rpilocater link I provided in the video. It should help encrease the chances of finding a pi for purchase.

good video. I am wondering if I could use the PI as the server and use SDRPP on another laptop via the network using RTLTCPDump. However, I am wondering if I should just sit back for now until SDRConnect comes out

The API appears to install OK but both SDRplus and Angel scripts fail with errors. At least they did for me on bullseye.

I only tested this on the 32bit version of Bullseye. You can try the 3.07.1 API wget www.sdrplay.com/software/SDRplay_RSP_API-ARM64-3.07.1.run chmod 755 ./SDRplay_RSP_API-ARM64-3.07.1.run ./SDRplay_RSP_API-ARM64-3.07.1.run

@@SDRplayHamGuides Thanks, when I tried to run on my ssd 64 bit bullsey, no joy. Error stating not compatible. Oh well, some day... Maybe even sdruno for raspberry pi some day................... Thank you very much.
