I like the interior designs in each of the rooms, this feels more design over practically. I would prefer the downstairs cloakroom not to be next to the kitchen, this should be where the washer/drier is located. The landing cabinets is where i think the washer/drier is better placed with drier on top with addition of storage cuboard next to it...the upstairs balcony is better suited as an extra bedroom. The property is a beautiful concept with a few tweeks to take it to the next level. 🤩

Nice house... But practically thinking: How to reach the upper windows in the living room for cleaning? Where do you put coats, umbrellas and bags after coming home? Where are kids supposed to play? And having a meal on the balcony means running stairs up and down with food and dishes? Can some of these windows be opened? 🤔 In my opinion, a house has to be "easy livable" in the first place, the nice styling is less important.

This kind of layout is typically seen in Asian homes, specifically the Philippines. So understandably the layout doesn't match your lifestyle or way of living. If you will also take note of the title, this is a tiny home. Why are you looking for a place for kids to play? Haven't you seen tiny homes in your own country? If you aren't aware, floor plans can be made to suit each lifestyle. If this layout doesn't serve your needs, obviously it's not for you.

As you can see in the video, the surrounding of this tiny house looks like a much cooler climate than the Phillipines - like here in Switzerland...it means 3 month of summer and 9 month cool to cold (living indoors). If you want to sell houses (or floorplans) it has to be adjusted to your customers, not yourself 🤔. And first of all: kids need space to play - that's universal. Just telling as a triple grandma 🙂

That's about to comment, asking for our own individual opinion about this specific house (yours might be completely different and that's ok, too). Just personal preferences: I would rather have a master bathroom and bedrooms that were a little bigger, instead of the upstairs patio/deck. Also, I wouldn't want a see-through wall/window in my bedroom.

If there have to be grills on the windows where you live, then this design is obviously not going to work for you. Putting grills on them wouldn't be feasible and would be an eyesore, to say the least.

Le lave linge et le sechoir dans la salle-a-manger c'est pas top et puis trop de vitres quand il faudra les nettoyer les proprietaires viendront vous chercher?🤔 pour le reste c'est pas mal mais la chambre des enfants est trop petite, pas la place de mettre des bureaux pour les devoirs.
