Great video glad to see you out there ripping it in yaris. Those times dropping is wicked dude!!!! Keep making videos on building and tracking it. I'm buying a wrecked yaris parts car this weekend to do full manual swap like you did. Never thought about the rev limit 🤔 thats very interesting. Sorry I wanted to come out that weekend but the car isn't the way I want it to be yet. My goal is to get the car ready for next season and get a tow rig to bring down there from Seattle where I live. If there is a better way to get ahold of ya rather than comments let me know. I will have many questions about swapping transmission and ordering other parts. Thanks in advance.

Very cool to see that a yaris is somehow faster than an 86! Question about the wheels are you rubbing at all? I'm on 15x7 on ET 39 and rubbing thinking about spacers but I don't know if these are safe . 3 or 5 mm spacers without a lip (185 60 15 rubbing on the anti roll bar thingies with the rim)

I'm on 15x8 with a 5mm spacer. No rubbing lock to lock but I am rubbing under full spring compression. Gotta reset my bump stop, and maybe roll the fenders

This is mindblowing ... comparing the drivability of my Yaris to yours is night and day: At the 3:38 time stamp, the car was definitely flying. I'm curious to know, with all the modifications you've made how is the car when driving uphill?

Uphill is still an "uphill battle" 😂. I recently went to Laguna Seca and the hill there was brutal. The full modlist is in another video (though I guess it's out of date now), but the main thing is hankook RS4s on 15x8 konigs, about 250lbs of weight reduction. CAI, tune, coilovers, AC delete, oil cooler, etc.

@@RassoolRacing was first gen Yaris available with that engine in us ? Or there was no hot version of it?. Also to rise up engine power on low cost you should check Celica mk VII 1.8l engine injectors, it's like extra 30 HP with a good map on Celica ECU.

@@RassoolRacing also from my experience bolt pattern on 1nz is different than in diesel engine (on 1ND literally 10mm difference in bolt pat rn) so only to turbo it you will need to get custom exhaust manifold. (I know that no one asked but yoooo just sharing experience with it)
