I live in Oceano California on the central coast. We used to have a group of people; hobos, philosophers, poets and such who lived away from general society in the sand dunes here. They were called the Dunites. Many of them were vegetarian and the general consensus was that you should never eat anything that has a face. But the main local source of free protein is clams.So the question of "Does a clam have a face?" was a common point of discussion depending on hunger.

I tried cooking without salt and try not to eat salt but then i started getting muscle cramp in my lets. The body needs sodium so we have to use some sort of salt.
