Man, I stopped vaping and smoking weed in late August 2020 it is now October. When you stop, a week later you’ll really feel the difference. My breathing was all types of messed up and it felt like I was coughing up shit but no mucus. After the first month I stopped hanging around bad influences and no longer have the urge to do any drug. I was addicted to the body highs but now my head is higher than ever and my body is healthy. Anybody can do it just keep your head up!

The las tcity that had this culture was entirely "killed" by the discover of the plant being the same drug as the TV's "brick weed" arrests. So the citie's mayor ordered that all the marijuanna plants were removed from the city and some years later almost all the elderly that used to live very well with the use of the plant died of cancer and other acute diseases.

It’s a big difference to eat it from smoking it! Yes you can make it psychoactive when heating it in oil. But it will spare your lungs. And you can use other beneficial properties from it by eating it just as it is!

I quit smoking and vaping and consuming because it was somehow blocking my dreams when I slept. My dreams are very important to me, I get a lot of information from them. When I quit, for like two weeks I was having super vivid dreams that seemed like they lasted for hours, as if my body and soul was craving the dream world. I smoked a lot for more than 10 years. I loved the feeling and the deep thinking. I gave up alcohol and tetrahydrocannabinol (ol is chemical for alcohol). I stopped smoking the herb 6 and a half months ago after smoking almost daily for 30 years (I'm 48). Sometimes I miss it, but as the elder in this video says, the herb today is really not the same as natural ganja, and is artificially juiced up to make it far more potent and potentially addictive than the traditional product. I'm still adjusting to life without it (COVID quarantine has just made it harder) but I don't want to worry about pissing clean every time I apply for a job. Better late than never.

Aside from spiritual. It helps me with depression and anxiety, it helps me with PTSD, and it helps me gain clarity over situations I either didn't realize or over my responses and reactions to things. I use it for medical benefits. I also have cbd droplets for additional health. Those who have addictive personality, that's another thing. And those who abuse it of course that'll be counter productive to it's reasons for use. Weed is not there to fix all your problems, it helps you along the way of solving them, resolving them, coming to peace with them, and showing you different perspectives. Some might say oh but you can do that without weed, to an extent yes, but overall it's a helper...it doesn't do everything for you. The saying you can't help someone unless they help themselves, that's key....weed can do many wonderful things and help in many ways....but if you give up trying to keep on keeping on....weed tends to be abused, misused, and ultimately leads to destructive patterns. You use a tool knowing full well why your using it....you don't let a tool use you.

I grow weed for work at a huge indoor facility In WA and I can tell you guys that most of the weed you guys are buying in your states' recreational shops are contaminated crazily with nutrient boosters and pesticides to make the weed look and smell a certain way. The original landrace strains (the natural growing strains before man tampered with it) are not really being sold in stores. Most of what people are smoking in legal states now, are strains that have been forced to cross with other strains chopping and mixing all sorts of indicas and sativas creating highs for consumers that have never really been experienced before. I remember a time when weed was weed and people actually cared to grow it the right way. It doesn't take big pharma to fuck up the weed game. It's already messed up. Its all about profit. That weed may look dank as fuck and smell great but I remember I could ask my dealer for some Indica back in the day and I'd feel totally relaxed and would fall asleep. The shit on the shelves today with all the chemicals and pesticides is providing highs similar to cocaine and harder drugs with people dealing with racing hearts, palpitations, anxiety and worse than normal marijuana paranoia. Weed just isn't the same anymore

well...the edibles eye have encountered on the market have their flaws too...eye been eating 100 percent raw vegan food for a year and a half and recently eye was convinced to eat a ganja candy...within 5 minutes of eating it eye had a headache because mah body is not used to processed sugars...eye get all mah sugar from fruit yao ming? But eye did get high as a motherfucka doe...mah method of consuming it in edible form is to grind it tup and soak it in a little bit of oil and take it in a few spoonfulls...a tad bit harsh but infinitely more healthier than a brownie or candy!!!!!

I've eliminated pork and red meat from my diet since 1995. I've never consumed tobacco, marijuana, alcohol, or any other illegal drugs. I still have a ways to go at 58 years of age, but I am continuously striving to do better. Thanks for your helpful insight 👊👊
