Slime Hank He does physical labor and doesn’t eat fatty foods so hence being so lean. In addition black men have had greater muscle mass that’s a lot more dense

Bless up Matt, Mokko and the family! In my homeland, Cuba, coconut is ground and people either use sugar or honey. Some people add ground peanut as well. We call it "turron de coco." I do not think they put ginger in it.

@@viviennecampbell2084 I am Cuban by birth, but I have been living in the US since 2006. I still go back because I have lots of family there. I love the Cuban cuisine. Cuba and Jamaica are very close one from the other, but you have dishes that we do not have; maybe because of the British influence in Jamaica, and the Spanish influence in Cuba.
