I’m a 5week old vegan . This is an adventurous journey, but I’m just so amazed of all the delicious vegan meals that can be prepared without adding meat. 😊 I’m definitely going to make this for Sunday’s dinner; I’m about to head to the store now to get me some mushrooms, coconut milk, and jerk sauce. I don’t really like spicy but I’m going to add just a little bit. Thanks for sharing your recipes. I truly appreciate it.

"Rasta" is short for rastafarianism which is a religion that originated in Jamaica. Red, yellow, and green peppers in the pasta represent the rasta colors (which are based on the Ethiopian flag)

While I understand and respect your stance that you're not the "vegan police", I felt compelled to share my thoughts on the chicken endorsement. The term "vegan" was coined to denote a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude-as far as is possible and practicable-all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose.
