A stick of Butter in the pan then add 1 Onion, 4 cloves garlic, make translucent and then make a roux with flour about 6 tablespoons, add cream/milk little by little into the roux. Keep mixing on low heat because thei milk is cold. Add the whole container of cream/ milk and mix. Add one cup of unsweetened coconut milk keep stirring. Add salt to taste, garlic powder, black pepper, all purpose seasoning, then add white wine about 5 splashes, turn heat up to medium high. Keep stirring, add spoon full of jerk seasoning from jar, and keep cooking and stirring until sauce is thick about 20 mins. Add parmesan cheese if you like. In a separate pot add olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and stir then add fresh thyme then Add rainbow chopped bell peppers and about 3 stalks of green onions . Keep stirring. Add black pepper, garlic powder, dried herbs blend, all purpose seasoning, old bay seasoning, spoon full of jar jerk seasoning, add broth into both pots, keep stirring until veggies are soft. Add veggies into the noodles stir and ladle the sauce onto the pasta and veggie mixture. Should take about an hour.
