I have a freezer at an IHOP that's been kicking my butt. The water is going everywhere but the drain. I tried defrosting the drain, and a couple days later they called me back for the same issue. I do not miss restaurant work at all. You are a better man than I. So many nasty pieces of equipment in them. They don't take care of them and they are cheap skates and bandaid everything. At least that was my experience. I still take care of restaurant equipment on occasions. If its in the building we handle, but for the most part im strictly commercial/ industrial. I'll take a 1100 ton chiller over a nasty under counter unit every day and twice on Sunday. Great job, you are a good tech

I can't speak for Dave, but I wouldn't use stop leak. It's not worth the future headaches. Save the stop leak for small self contained stuff that's not worth a new coil or has unfixable leaks
