Take this with a huge pound of salt because I don't know trolls as well as I should, but based on what little I know...The narrator voice representing Rastakhan himself is Zandalari, their tone usually more regal and official sounding compared to other trolls, The red berserker is indeed Gurubashi like his lyric suggests because Gurubashi trolls tend to have very casual speaking dialect as compared to the others. The female troll representing Halazzi and the troll in the crowd that follows her line sound Darkspear to me, which is interesting consindering Halazzi is an Amani Loa, Darkspear tend to have quieter lilts to their voice, almost as if their speaking voices are whispers. Vol'jin did this a lot, I often wonder if the times he speaks more clearly it's actually his form of yelling, like when he speaks to Garrosh. The frog shaman sounds Amani to me despite Krog'wa being a Zandalari Loa, they always hit vowels strangely and have a natural rhythm to their voice, which complements his tempo shift in the song. I could be totally wrong about this, I'm basically going off of memory of old WoW dialogue here, but this sounds right to me.
