It's a great initiative and I congratulate Shantanu for taking it up.💕 I also understand and accept that it's set up as a commercial project with a subscription. The kids who join must get paid... as long as they have the empathy and don't do it as a routine job. But what good is a venture like this if it cannot be scaled up quickly... to be available to all the seniors whenever they need it. An Uber not being available or Zomato not delivering food... whenever required everytime. It's just 6 Goodfellows in Mumbai and already all the hype and publicity. ☹️

Mr Mukherjee, that's only one side of the coin. In order to sustain caregiving and companionship, there has to be an income for the care giver. They are all educated youngsters. They too need an income. Who knows, over time this could turn into a career born of compassion.Good luck to both parties. God Bless.

Shantanu Naidus ( & Mr.Ratan Tatas)startup is what senior citizens need in the form of a home away from home .......I have also bought the dog collar for our pet in my family home...it's really serves the purpose.......His companionship to Mr.Tata during the latters final years of his life , displayed Shantanus concern for the elderly ...he lived upto the motto of his startup " Goodfellows" so well...God bless !

I think it's important to monetize it to attract and reward people for helping out the elderly and make a living while doing good. I'm sure they have a recruiting process which screens the young, thus only allowing good people; as Shantanu also mentioned.

Great initiative but it would be much better if you hire those people also, who wants to be a part of this great journey but they are College students and wants to do this as a part time job. I mean many young people are also here who needs a mature companionship with elders other than romantic one. Who have no elders in their life. I mean that would be much more than great.

Like kids have day care, old ppl should have day care. So that they can meet so many friends of their age group, with all facilities like, medical , food , movies , music small indore games, good garden .This helps them occupied. Later I they evening they can come to their home. In this case they don't feel like they r in old age home. In shanthanu 's case they meet only one ppl. As the day passes they will become bore. Monetization is also more. But Good initiative shanthanu 👏
