Ratboy Genius animation test: Interrupting Cowbot

An animation test using various pieces of audio from Ratboy's Kingdom 8 as well as After Effects-looking animation. The goal was to vaguely mimic Ratboy's 2D animation style. Sorry for the incredible amount of lagging.

Is it sentence mixing or actual text to speexh? If its text to speech, what is it called im trying to find it for a video like this.

Both. Cowbot is TTS and Ratboy's voice is sentence-mixed. This was made so long ago that I completely forget what program I used, nor do I have it on me. Ratboy's voice, officially, uses MacinTalk's Bruce voice pitch-altered, though I believe that's both licensed and really old. An open-source TTS system I know off the top of my head is Speakonia, though that program is equally dated and not the most human-sounding.
