I love the slow, churning, sort of surreal tone to the song. It’s like a creature slowly stirs within the planet, and the scale kind of blows you away. Just looking out into open space, all alone, in a place that likely hasn’t been touched by civilization in years. The atmosphere would be completely different if there weren’t enemies, but the collapsed, desecrated remains of Nefarious’s henchmen. Plus, the overall reverb of all the instruments adds to that “scale factor”, like the song is being echoed to you from far away.

Memeh Manh | It’s one of the few high-quality headshots of Ratchet, and no matter which game it came from I still see Ratchet as the character he was, not the uninspired reboot that was most likely only bogged down by the movie tie-in. I would have much rather they made a movie of the original game and make a reboot alongside an HD trilogy for the PS4.

@@joyoustye2326 yep, since then not only have I gone to the asteroid, but also used the charge boots to fly all the way into the pollux moon. You can achieve that by activating the charge boots and never letting go of the R1 button. You'll keep flying away indefinetely, to the point that the first moon dissapears, and then the music changes and boom, you're in pollux

Definitely one of my favorite levels next to Koros and Aridia. Actually, the Obani system as a whole is awesome. This level makes me think of the Oltanis moon base in the original, what with its mysteriousness and ambience.
