I’m the exact same with fantasy football as Spencer. If I forget to select a captain for a match day and it defaults to someone that isn’t even playing, consequently missing out on points and meaning I slip down the table, I completely fall out of love for it and don’t touch the app for the rest of the season

Here's what I'd do Spence: - Downgrade Calvert-Lewin to a 6m striker like Mitrovic - Get Walker-Peters, Vinagre and Ferguson in for Dier, Coady and Pieters. - Bring one of McCarthy/Ryan in for Kepa. That will save you 3m and you could then afford an actual decent striker like Jimenez, Ings or Richarlison instead of Fabio Silva.
