My idea about Asuka's design is that they really wanted to go for the gap in "boyish girl wears cute, fashionable clothes". I personally find it really cute, given how effective or cool her outfits have been usually.

I'm intrigued by what it is supposed to mean for Jun, in Jin's case black and white is perfect, he has become an amalgalm of two things, he wields an ancient power that was born of malice to protect others, but what about Jun? We still have many questions about her condition, and her past non-canon depictions as Unknown, so I'd be curious to see what the black and white means for Jun.

I feel some of the default/main costume have the same issue as most of the ones from Tekken 7, they look more like alternate costumes, like, P2 or P3, not outfits the characters would wear "canonically" like in a Story Mode.

i really like the Asuka outfit because it gives off this modern, grundge/instagram girl fashion sense and this academy vibe. I feel like it adds a lot of colour and variety to the tekken roaster in itself. Kind of a breath of fresh air if you ask me. Her Tekken 7 outfit just looked way too dull and just not pretty at all.

Asuka's outfit is more to be of that of a school uniform of sorts, don't partially know if that what Japanese girls where over there but I think it was alright. But as for Lee is stated he develop this suit from Violet systems in the story mode. It makes more further sense when you look at his arcade prolouge & ending where he basically becomes Tony Stark/Iron Man of Tekken. And to be honest I was in the same thought in mind when I first saw this outfit and kinda hated it but grown to appreciated it a bit more now knowing the lore behind it and even some of the promotional artwork that went into it kinda with all the others. Also Azucena is from Peru so she would be wearing a Peruvian style outfit native to her home.
