Richard Grieco was a badass as Ghost Rider in MvC3 AND the Marvel cartoons...F4 and Hulk to be exact...but his voice in MvC3 sounds closer to the former than the latter bc in his fight with the Hulk he used a different filter.

There is a decently reasonable leak (can't remember if it was ever debunked) which said that Capcom gave the team a ridiculously small budget (leak said "half of SFV's DLC budget", not even that of the full game, just the DLC). It is also speculated that Disney put on a lot of restrictions on their characters. I believe the team really did want to make a great game but had to work with what they had, and well, at least the gameplay is great! lol

Jay Morales I just saying mainly because they’re both from Darkstalkers (the only 2 now I believe since Felicia was cut). Just because they never have and don’t want to work together doesn’t mean there isn’t any type of correlation between them. Same could be said about other pairs of characters from other team-concept games. (Edit: Also I’m not the first to suggest Morrigan and Jeddah as a pair up in this game. Many other in Max’s comments and other YT’s vids have made notice of this as well.)

The supers in Marvel vs Capcom Infinite are kind of annoying cause it distracts me from the action cause some characters sound somewhat annoying and it has a not so very good cast of VAs.

Yea that’s a big part of it too. In umvc3 they had a lot of energy and enthusiasm and they sounded hype. Here just sounds like they wanted to just read their lines and get paid. And in my opinion, I don’t really agree with max saying that some of these are slightly better than the umvc3 version. I think that they are indeed more detailed with the beams and particle effects and all but doesn’t necessarily make it better. Some of the Umvc3 ones just overall seems better to me. But some are definitely better, like Hagar for example. And Of course with pc mods looks a lot better

Honestly, what I think a few of these level 3s lack is that iconic/“I’ll remember that 5 years later” factor. There’s stand outs like Monster Hunter, Cap/Bucky, Ryu, but there’s also some hella generic ones like Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Widow. Like I could sub Marvel out with someone with similar powers like Nova and it has the same effect. Widow, Chun Li, and Bucky’s base ones are just beat-em ups. But I remember Marvel 3 was just ripe with iconic level 3s. Ghost Rider’s penance stare was fucking insane. Dormammu still takes you to another demension, so dos Shuma’Gorath. Phoenix Wright sends you to jail. Akuma and his Raging Demon. Hawkeye and Antman. Rocket Racoon, while Groot was a cool inclusion, I just don’t think has as much “wow” as burying you and dropping a nuke then flying out Die Hard style. Wesker had the beat-up effect but with teleportation and a missile from RE5, Haggar’s suplex was amazing, and Vergil had a great one with his Yamato/phantom swords. Deadpool being Deadpool and breaking the fourth wall while also being a counter-super, Wolverine’s beserker barrage, Super Skrull’s “Are you having fun yet?”, Doom sitting in his chair, Felicia and her kitty helper barrage, Magneto’s squeeze. Even some of the buff/non cinematic level 3/ conveyed unique characters like Jill’s movement options, Firebrand’s helper, Dark Phoenix in all her horror. They’re pretty freaking iconic. Marvel 3 I remember hella clearly the level 3s because they were phenomenal when they wanted to be. They had the identity of the character in them- Infinite just doesn’t quite compare. There’s more flash, but less individuality. I can replace Widow with Gamora, Monster Hunter, or outside female characters like Elektra and Jill and it would be the same effect. That’s around a third of all level 3s in the game. But Marvel 3, the supers had flash and suited that character. Jill’s hyper form doesn’t have many parallels. Neither does Doom, Skrull, Magneto, Vergil, Felicia, Akuma, and the rest. The supers were iconic in that game.

X3 Let's see, I've speculated that Terry's Final Smash could be three things: - The Power Geyser or Triple Power Geyser (yeah, that's two, bare with me) - Buster Wolf - Star Dunk Volcano I'm mostly thinking of Buster Wolf. Seems like the likely choice, but Power Geyser is another. HOWEVER, Ryu and Ken got two Final Smashes so Terry could likely be the same and I nominate Power Geyser and Buster Wolf. The Star Dunk Volcano is the most unlikely but it's also the one that appeared most recently via KOF XIV and his guest appearance in Fighting EX Layer... but I personally don't like that move very much lol (It's the reason Terry's Power Dunk move is gone xp) So yeah, (Triple) Power Geyser and Buster Wolf are the likely choices. @@dcb99filmz Jump v capcom would be god like but the problem is who will be in it and the rights for music, characters, etc. Capcom rarely has this problem but with jump, it would be a mess. With so many, their will be some backlash on who hasn't been added. TvC2 would work cause they already had this agreement with both sides, with no known issues of licensing that I know of. Animation is done already unless they want to touch up on it and they can add more since it wasn't that big of a hardware taxing game (meaning it didn't take 20gb to download and play.) Network/ online is always a issue but it wasn't that bad on the wii surprisingly. TvC2 would be more likely to happen then jvc but it could happen with some hard work.

I've always been bad at fighting games, but if there's one thing I love it's the personality some characters get. I love when characters have special dialogue with one another, or like with Cap and Bucky, a special version of a attack when they are together. It makes even a a crazy brawl feel more like the characters are alive. They should have a feeling toward who they are fighting. They should work together if it's a group of friends, or at least shared history. So That ending attack, agreed. 11/10
