This was not my experience! I called and left a message after hours regarding a minor warranty issue on a new Xb elite. My local dealer went out of business 6 months after I bought the boat so I called Avid directly. They attempted to call me three times the next morning before I was able to return their call. They turned around called the next closest dealership and had me fixed up in no time.
