I bought 19' Trophy pro CC. Can pretty much go anywhere except offshore. I can go to smaller lakes or large lakes and intercoastal or in shore fishing. The boat could probably go off shore with a more experienced boater but I'm not ready for that yet.

We run trophy 1703cc and take them 10 miles offshore. Your boat has scuppers and an enclosed transom. Your good buddy. But wouldn’t go past 10 miles. We are in NJ AREA.

You want a boat that can do everything from shallows to deep sea offshore, with twin power and enough payload capacity for 5 plus people and gear and still be able to tow it with your SUV? Look at Life Proof Boats! Or look at StabiCarft! Or any quality RIB D foam collar boat.

Cost kind of dictates category. Affordability. Pay check to pay check guys are going to craigslist to find a good pre owned boat. No way we can or would buy a boat that cost more than our truck or house for that matter.
