Hello Danny, its nice to see you over here spreading your positive vibes.A little education on Tipping in the USA, Tipping in the last few years has gone insane, everybody that serves you food or a drink wants a tip, its pure Greed nothing more. The only people we are expected to tip in the food industry are Restaurant servers, the reason for this is they are legally paid less than minimum wage, so the tip makes up their hourly wage, a good server gets a good tip and a bad server gets less, its that simple. All fast food servers get a decent wage, they do not need to be tipped, passing you a burger or a drink does not earn them a tip, its a cheeky soft rip off, some of these coffee stands are paying over the top fabulous wages and benefits.

Sitting here in Futtsu-shi, Japan and a 31 year Japan resident, my partner and I found this hilarious (not laughing at Danny!!)! Both of us were sitting here saying in Japanese the equivalent of 'what the hell is a Japanese hotdog?'! There again, why not! Food is innovation! However, why the hell they haven't corrected their sign to be 'Kurobuta' (literally, black pig= 黒豚) on the one that is misprinted is beyond me, but oh so typical! The top one is wrong and the one below it is correct. Good luck to them though! You really should have gone for the 'tacoyaki combo' though! 'Tacoyaki' is a very well known Osaka street food. Found now all over Japan, especially at street vendors at festivals etc.. It is octopus in batter and rolled into a ball as the batter hardens.
