This series has come out at the perfect time for me as I’m currently looking at options. The Swag Off-road gear is pretty good too but, this attachment looks to be the best quality I’ve seen so far. Your upgrades are perfect for consistent repeatability. Your video presentation and format are spot on too. Clear methodical and easy to follow. Love your work!

Definitely going on my future build list. Between the plasma cutter and the press brake, a great combo. I have the Hypertherm PM 65 on my PlasmaCAM table, and a 30in shear/brake/roller. Working on a 2x72 belt grinder among other things. Your build is very logical and impressive doing a full 0.1875 width mild steel bend with that quality. Keep the vids coming.

Ratha, Great Video Brother! I am starting the Build of my Ratha Sochenda Press Brake W.I.Y. Kit very soon. I just got a new MiG Machine on Saturday, and I think the only thing I’m still waiting on to show up is the Press Brake Tool from Cyclops. I am gonna go ahead and start getting my Steel Cut and Welded up, and everything else installed as far as I can til it shows up.

Great job! Simple. Effective. Love it. I see room for improvement! Overtime the cyclic forces on the frame can cause fatigue failures in the welds. You should disassemble for painting because it would look slick. While the frame is bare you can add some knee braces in the top crossbar like you did in the bottom crossbar then go a step further and add some plates to “box in” the whole sides of all the channels. There isn’t much there in the webs of those channels so adding side plates creates a double box section which is considerably stiffer. Add a custom logo or name it with some lettering with your cnc table! “When it’s Built not Bought, it’s Custom not Cost’em”

How much ton force does this have and on what basis does ton force depends?

Box your C iron on both sides, that should eliminate the deflection your getting. PS I'm very impressed with the things you are doing, engineering and fabricating. Keep it up, everything should pay off for you if it hasn't already.

Nice work, How are you cleaning up those plasma cut parts with having sanding marks all over them? The brackets look great, I just got a used arc light CNC table.

Now I know this suggestion sounds crazy, but maybe taking a micro stepper and attaching it to the adjustment screw that way you can set your depth of plunge with numerical control as well. Could be a good addition.., 🤷🏾♂️ After enough trial and error you can have a really consistent chart of bends for all common materials and lengths
