In this video we are starting a new project, we are building an Off Road Racing Shifter Kart using a CR 125 dirt bike engine. I want this project to be small and fast with full suspension. I first start off with making the front hubs so we can have front brakes. then I start working on making the front A-arms and the beginnings of the frame.

I feel like he doesn't need to go through all those retakes just to get some nitpicky wording right. He could just correct himself and keep going instead of having to start over endless times... Imo it wouldn't make the videos worse. -Me and my coworkers allways have fun whenever someone makes a hillarious wordsalad. Some of them even become catchfrases or permanent expressions. It is just spice on life! :) -We renamed jigsaws into Rabbitdicks because one guy couldn't remember the name when asking for one and instead said "I need that effin saw that moves like a rabbits d'ck!"

I think your 1 of the only karting youtubers that hasn't built their selves a nice big workshop, yet your 1 of the only youtubers I watch, apart from Grind Hard Plumbing inc, who can & does fabricate all their own parts. Which is amazing to watch, especially from 1 so young. Your fabrication skills have gone from strength to strength where as some of the others I won't mention have got worse or at least not improved.wot so ever. If anyone on KZbin building go karts disserves to treat themselves to an awesome fully loaded workshop, its you. . Luv ya work, thanks for sharing all these years . .

Sure glad you edit out a lot of the complaining, and such. 😄 Even if you didn't, I'd still be a fan. Been a fan for many years. No plans to stop, when you introduce your next roller chain project. ....Do however wish you would look into some German-made roller chain guides from Wippermann, and other German, and Austrian makers. Stainless steel square stock, with plastic roller chain shaped continuous slides. All enclosed, the werks!

You basically built a" I " beam/ " A " arm combo! Move the shocks further out on the " A " arms, then the shocks towers need a cross bar over the engine! Moving the engine forward to allow steering.

@@ratherBweldingChrishey bud. I've been wanting to tell you to check out the front suspension on the 24 can-am maverick r. It could solve a lot of the limited space while trying to get castor/camber without bump steer issues. I'd love to see your take on the geometry in a build. If you used something like the can-am suspension on this it could free up some space to mount the brakes so they're not taking up precious real estate.

I think that chain drive is actually better because it has less drag than a drive shaft, it weighs less and allows you to build some nice suspensions in less space on a small vehicle. Don't mind what people say, just keep doing your stuff and having fun, at the end of the day they are watching you for this. 😉

This is a sweet build! Lots of pro-modified race cars have the engine and the driveline behind the center of the front axle for weight distribution. I would try to get the engine behind the center line as much as possible without being uncomfortable. After watching further i see the engine is back more. This is becoming a high interest to me! Maybe try rotating the expansion chamber 180° and see if itll work better that way.

A front engine design. Interesting. All I've seen by other builders, are sidewinders and 4 bangers across the back of the seat. (As far as Hi Perf. builds) We know you will make it work. Is 4 wheel too much? Ya, a lot more parts. Also too short and not necessary. Oh well, we can dream, right? 🤔🤗😆😉

When you are looking at that style of drills. you want to look for drills that have vents. where the air is drawn in right near the battery. and exits out towards the front of the drill. and that way it helps keep the battery cooler. and you don't cover up the vents with your hands. and more and more drill manufactures are building them this way. at the end of the video you showed everyone just how difficult it is to get all the production and editing right for these videos. especially when you're the only one handling all the aspects of making these videos. and that includes camera positioning, lighting, sound quality, not to mention directing yourself. and post production electronic production and editing. I have mentioned it before about your music. I have to say it's the best music to put alongside these types of videos. I have heard on YT it's not too loud. but yet loud enough. and the tunes are progressive enough but not weird. and when it comes to outtakes? it seems like yours are pretty equal to other videos on YT. of course that varies from video to video. so over all I would say that along with your machinist skills and your fabrication skills that are very impressive. you're also a really good videographer.
