Deace of Time does have a practical purpose, yes. Suppose an opponent has played a card that forces your creatures to attack if possible. For the cost of zero mana, you can make all your creatures unable to attack so they don't just run out and get themselves killed.

Whoa, close to 2 hours? Also, 3 weeks ago? Well, I'd better start watching this then! First quarter of this video: (0:10) Pain Priest: Fair, ship. I choose pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. (1:29) Bloodline Hugg: OP, word salad, shred. First half of the text box is stupidly strong. Second half just falls apart into nonsense. Chaos definitely ensued here. (3:20) Deace of Time: Fair, ship. Seems innocent, but maybe there's a way to break this. (5:08) Jungle Drake: OP, ship then ban. The art is perfect, but for balance... NO, just NO. (6:22) Throve-Well Priest: Fair, ship. Might be a bit overpriced for what it does, honestly. Also, even though this is a Time Lord Doctor, it's not legendary, so you can't use it as a commander that's partnered with a creature with Doctor's Companion. I think to make this better, I'd lower the mana cost from 6 to 4, and make it legendary. (8:14) Flutterskill: Fair, ship. Seems pointless, but maybe it has a niche use? Like, maybe it would allow you to turn a facedown exiled card face up, but I'm not sure if that works. (9:53) Would that actually nullify a suspended card? Same with adventure, foretell, and rebound? If it does, then neat. If it doesn't, then... Flutterskill is probably pointless. (10:58) Oakhame Strider: Fair, ship. Rainbow snowman that can dodge removal and the commander tax FTW. (11:53) Shard of the Cathari's Reoper: Fair, ship. We just need a creature card named Zedrop Rewards for the first ability to do anything, and we need Expert sources to make the second ability meaningful. I can see this being plausible though. And otherwise, you still get a plain 3/3 creature for 2 mana, which is fine. (13:38) Kathari Creakous: Underpowed, word salad, ship. 5 mana for a 4/4 with what is technically a downside? Of course, you probably don't have any Swamp stands, unless you're playing with Universes Beyond: JJBA cards or something. (15:29) Sinister Time Avenger: OP, word salad, shred. Starts off as a stronger Lightning Bolt, in blue. Then, bendieg is basically multikicker. And... the rest of the text decided it was time for chaos to ensue, and go hog mountainwild. (17:07) Ptyaling Assistant: OP, ship then ban. First of all, 6/5 for 2 mana is way OP, and it doesn't have a downside, but instead has a very niche upside. You probably won't run into Embalmed creatures very often, but if you do, this Wurm's got your back! (19:47) Holidaying Doth: Fair, ship. Even though it can croak, you can't make it ded. (22:16) The Abonity: Word salad, shred. The nonsense here made me Lool. (23:53) Bdackbiampale-Drin: Fair, maybe underpowered, ship. 6 mana for a 1/3 is quite expensive, even if it does have deathtouch. But, maybe Junkboft's hervios is a powerful enough ability to justify that mana cost. However, it's likely just Junkboft's junk text. (24:08) Eucha, Dercements: Fair, ship... if we can figure out what illumeyran means, and if it makes sense within the rules and is not too OP. (24:09) Ghost Agent: Fair, ship. Pretty good mana dork for 3 mana, with the ability to freely gain shroud to protect itself. Also, if it somehow does die, like to a board wipe, at least it'll leave behind a 1/1 duder on the battlefield for you. (24:10) Viconia, Sorpisavine Flood: Word salad, shred. Yeah, nothing doable here. NEXT! (24:11) (Unnamed card): Word salad, shred. You can't tap an instant, so this is useless. And, the text is mostly junk too, culminating with a literal fistfight. (26:28) Lebness Pirates: OP, word salad, shred. 6/6 deathtouch for 4 mana is already pushed, then you get a free card draw every turn too. And, X isn't properly defined. Barf! So, to fix this one, I'd raise the mana cost from 4 to 6, then instead of drawing a card, you may reveal the top card of your library, then have X be defined as the mana value of the card you revealed, which would make this card fair, and pretty interesting. Oh, and then you can draw the card if you control ten or more snow permanents.

Second quarter of this video: (29:47) Viridian Silence: Word salad, shred. Yeah, not sure what you can do with this, even if you could untap a spell on the stack. Also, there's no kicker cost anyway. (30:54) Merfolk of Lord Drake: Fair, ship. This isn't a Merfolk, but at least it's legendary, so you can pair it with a Time Lord Doctor. However, its color identity is totally colorless, and it seems underwhelming for its mana cost too. This guy could've cost 2 instead of 4 and also maybe had its activated ability's cost reduced as well, and would still be fine. (32:30) Picture of Hank Hill: Well, you could use it as a token, I tell you Huat. :P (34:15) Daety Slisterpseeer: Word salad, shred. I love the -y toughness. I bet calculating that isn't triveal. :P (36:14) Skywing Dragon: Underpowered, word salad because of the fourth ability, shred. Also, duplicate vigilance, and this is not actually a Dragon anyway. (36:18) Mari-I, the Harsaten: Word salad, shred. Oh, geez... And here I was thinking that The Goose Mother's multi-headedness looked silly. Anyway, we'd need to find out what a rebile creature is for the top ability to work, and the bottom paragraph is nonsense. (37:51) Fuel of Nissa: Fair, ship. Despite all the wackiness here, everything is doable, including the properly-used X cost and % counters. And, Nissa drinks Red Bull! It Zibers! (40:09) Anointer of the Slimes: ...Wait, this is a rerun! Still OP, ship then ban. Increase the mana cost from 3 to maybe 7 or 8 to make it more fair. (40:35) Gandalf of Deliverence: Word salad, shred. The second ability does not generan. (42:08) Demogor Pukie: Fair, ship. Land destruction with squirrel compensation FTW. (43:55) Battle-Geoted Ungelication: Fair, ship. A bit of weirdness with the last ability duplicating the black mana option down there, but everything here is doable, and it has a workable condition for entering the battlefield untapped, which is neat. (46:16) Adlasaris Night: Word salad, shred. The number of Goblin tokens you create is not defined. If it had a proper number that wasn't too OP, this would be doable. Note, however, that giving a ward effect with an ability won't affect anything that's already targeting it, and players can respond to the ward-giving ability before it resolves, too. (46:22) Pogatil Yillo: Word salad, shred. How do you destroy a morph ability? (46:29) Pollatir Chef: Fair, ship. It's a worse Hymn to Tourach, with a fatal drawback if the target somehow has only has 1 or 0 cards in hand, so make darn sure they'll have at least 2, and beware of the possibility of them responding with One With Nothing! :P (47:49) Oh, yeah. Pollatir Chef is an instant, so there's reason to try using this over stuff like Hymn to Tourach. Just be very careful about that drawback. (50:01) You Tapper Bed: Another card that can be used for a token, I guess. (50:49) Wrenn and Sine: Word salad, shred. And now, Wrenn teaches trigonometry, but unfortunately, not spelling. If "Detaon" was "Detain", the card would function just fine, and might even be OP, although it costs 6 mana to get out, so maybe it'd be fair. (52:27) General Balloon: Fair, ship. Unfortunately, Doctor's companion is useless since this isn't a legendary creature, and thus can't be a commander. However, you do get a trio of 2/2 bodies for 5 mana, which isn't bad. If this was a legendary creature too, then I would say that it Zibers. (54:54) The nameless Planeswalker: Fair, maybe OP, ship then ban later if needed. This does take 7 mana to summon this before you can start cranking out a 6/6 flyer every turn, so maybe it's alright. Although, perhaps I'd change the ability to be -1 instead of +1. Also, it's funny to think of a Brush being a Planeswalker.

Fourth quarter of this video: (1:24:10) Bad Elemental: Fair, ship. You'd have to jump through so many hoops to get that +2/+0 buff to work and be meaningful. Yeah, it's bad alright. However, this isn't an Elemental, but is instead a Faerie Wizard. (1:25:47) Tel-Jilad Panorama: Likely OP, ship then ban later. I was about to say that the -1 ability could not work, but then I read the rest of the card, and being able to activate this thing's loyalty abilities at instant speed makes it pretty darn good. Too good, in fact. I applaud the AI for the ability synergy, but this now appears to be OP, especially in a multiplayer game! (1:28:11) Blessed Mentor: Fair, ship. Everything works, though it's not really impressive for its mana cost. Still, it could enable madness and graveyard shenanigans. (1:30:21) Oh, I remember Multawurm! Fair, ship! It Zibers! Friends FTW! (1:30:33) Deury of Linial: Fair, ship. However, you need to be able to see the top card of your library for this to actually function, using cards like Lantern of Insight or Goblin Spy. (1:32:11) Heh, I remember Konda's Cares as well. Cute, but it's another rerun. NEXT! (1:32:14) Bentlick: Word salad, shred. Half of those granted abilities are nonsense, and. (1:33:51) Hand of Conrois: Another rerun. I remember this "Indicate" creature as well. (1:34:30) Aji,Itio, Vampire: Word salad, shred. Welp, Nissa went over to the dark and nonsensical side. There's no natural way to get up to 9 loyalty, and even then, there's gibberish in there. I vote for hornstolas, and then I vote for flying, deeply, sprout, Death Goblin, and 3-1. :P (1:36:24) Bandit Bully: Fair, ship. It really hates on blue, but can also wreck a permanent of any color. And, the modality means there doesn't need to be a blue creature present to use this. Pretty nice, I'd say. (1:38:35) Eternal Wolf: Word salad, shred. I want a legendary rebate on that purchase. :P (1:38:38) Bloodthorn Thopter: Yeah, that's yet another rerun. Weird that these reruns are getting mixed in with stuff we haven't seen yet. What's with the sorting algorithm? (1:38:41) Dugging Djinn: Fair, ship. It's triple "Indicate"! (1:38:42) Dwarven Beak: Word salad, shred. That went by "Rall" quick. :P (1:38:43) Seye Sentinel: This dog is rerunning for office! Vote for sprout and S-POOJT! (1:39:12) Rochieving: Word salad, shred. (1:39:15) Rusweler's Thune: Word salad, shred. Elf shot the food, then went "Ew". (1:40:14) Desert Business: Word salad, shred. LOL, that eternal curly tail on that pig! "It's just ever-pig" indeed! (1:42:16) Desert Bushy: Word salad, shred. It can't even make up its mind what type it is. (1:43:52) Daybreak: Word salad, shred. (1:43:54) Bringer of the Beans: Word salad, shred. Oh, beans... The X isn't defined. (1:45:14) I also remember Scarecrow Activated Ability of a Creature or Planeswalker. (1:45:20) Orin, the Redcap: Fair, ship. Finally, something totally doable. In fact, it Zibers! It just needs an actual picture. Quick, someone draw a picture of Touhou's Orin wearing a red cap and wielding a bow and arrow! :P (1:46:41) Seedfac Sew Prider: Word salad, shred, yo. (1:46:42) Serrated Feather: Word salad, shred. (1:46:43) Descenting Clean // unnamed back side: Word salad, shred. (1:46:46) Ishrana, Giant Pirate: Fair, ship. Just needs a proper picture. (1:46:47) Fleet Simulacus: Fair, ship. Just needs a proper picture. (1:46:47) Sunhome Scarecrow: Fair, ship. Just needs a proper picture. At least the AI used multikicker for something meaningful there. (1:46:48) Necrodog: Fair, ship. Just pretend it's a regular painland while you have Celestial Dawn in play. :P (1:46:49) Balefire Tree: Fair, ship. That's rather interesting tech. So, it's mainly a regular burn spell similar to Lightning Blast, but if you're running some gates, you could target one of your own creatures that can withstand the damage in order to buff it up.

Pain Priest - I think the chose a word might be able to be part of a set where you can go through your deck from the top and the next card with that word in it's description and you can play that card for it's casting cost or play it as your land for turn if it is a land. If you don't have a word chosen then the effect fizzles. Deace of Time - It is good for effects that activate whenever you tap a [creature type] you control. An example would be Magda, Brazen Outlaw. Flutterskill - probably permanently exiles things that are exiled with something like Oblivion Ring Oakhame Strider - Probably useful in a deck with effects based on permanents with different colors. Kathari Creakous - Maybe swamp stands means at the end of your turn if you have an untapped swamp. - Fight players hand, the player's hand is a x/x where x=number of cards in hand. If the creatures power is greater than the number of cards in their hand then they discard their entire hand. Huat planeswalker - there is a card that destroys planeswalkers and puts their counters on another planeswalker. Fuel of Nissa - It doesn't say that the creature is Nissa, it is probably an elf with Nissa's fuel so an elf rogue stole some of Nissa's red bull. Pollatir Chef - You can target yourself if you want to get certain cards into the graveyard. Wrenn and Sine - there is a effect called Detain and Detaon could be seen as just a typo, and Detain would work in this instance.

I need to get my rear in gear with finishing up watching this video, since the next AI stream is already public. Anyway, third quarter of this video: (56:41) Chandra's Distraction: OP, ship then ban. That bottom ability by itself makes this OP, giving you 2 mana with no drawback at all, aside from being limited to once per turn. If you do have a way to untap this land to use it again, you still have the top ability to get 1 mana from. The second ability can be useful as well, to assist with your offensive. However, the third ability is nonfunctional, because this card doesn't exile anything. I think that to make this fair and fully functional, you should have to exile a creature you control or in your hand in order to be able to use the bottom mana ability. And then, that would make the third ability usable later. (58:04) One Thrower: OP, ship then ban. Even if you do have to exile a creature from your graveyard, this is still far too cheap of a board wipe for just one mana. (1:00:41) Hallowed Adept: Might be OP, ship then ban later if needed. Well, I'd be happy to use this in my Shrine deck, for one thing! Anyway, that +1 ability might be a tad strong, and the -2 ability might be a bit weak. However, the -9 ability feels just right. I think that if the +1 and -2 abilities were swapped, this would be totally fair. (1:00:56) Oh, yeah. The +1 effect is symmetrical. Maybe this is already totally fair as is. So, this probably Zibers! (1:02:39) Parighast Honor Golem: OP, ship then ban. A Planewalker mana dork, which uses tap abilities instead of loyalty abilities? And, this guy only costs 1 mana, and as he's not a creature, he can tap for mana immediately. Also, he can be a token generator later on if you don't need the mana. Honestly, having a Planeswalker with tap abilities is interesting design space, but 1 mana to cast is way too cheap. I'd make it cost 3 mana. (1:04:29) Karen, the Pyromancer: Fair, ship. Not a whole lot of pyromancy going on here. At best, it's a 4/5 for 4 mana if a creature blocks it, which is rather "meh". (1:04:50) Phasechform: Word salad, shred. Sorry, boy... But, trampling my library for a stuzfymite counter is just something I can't do, no matter how much you beg. (1:06:19) Guttlessor Mage: Word salad, shred. Aww... I hate having to shred cards that depict cute doggies... But, putting a rex oit is just nonsense, unfortunately. (1:07:26) Eloxious Entity: Word salad, shred. The effect just doesn't really work. (1:08:49) Angelic Respire: Fair, ship. The -9 ability should be on the bottom, but it's all doable, though you'll definitely want to be playing this in a Samurai deck to best utilize that +2 ability. (1:10:45) Hodor, Hame Froct: Maybe OP, ship then ban later if needed. Wow, Jace really let himself go. But, repeatable 4 damage on a +1 ability on just a 2-mana Planeswalker seems kinda pushed to me. (1:10:52) Glen Hope: Maybe OP, ship then ban later if needed. Everything here is doable, and the way it uses shield counters is neat, but maybe it's a bit much to have the +1 grant such card advantage and protection. Also, what happened to you, Nissa? When did you become... whatever that thing is? (1:12:25) Shield counters block damage too, so Glen Hope's loyalty counters are pretty safe as long as it has a shield counter on it. (1:14:47) Mirror Mae: Fair, ship. Simple and not OP. Also, nice art. (1:15:05) Lingering Souls is a sorcery, while Mirror Mae is an instant, so even though this does not have flashback, being an instant still makes it pretty decent. (1:16:10) Yeah, Mirror Mae is actually functionally identical to Midnight Haunting. (1:16:38) Mana from of Fate: Word salad, shred. Unfortunately, while this looks at first like it should function as equipment, it actually doesn't, because it lacks the equipment subtype. Instead, it's a fish, which is just silly. However, if this was actually equipment, then it would be kinda overpriced for what it does, unless you have a major rat problem on your hands that you really want the protection for. (1:17:57) Game of Manipulation: Word salad, shred. That's a lot of words. It's almost all doable, but "an your graveyard" should be "in your graveyard", and which creature is it referring to with "that creature" near the bottom? That's not made fully clear. (1:19:29) Maestros Extraction: OP, ship then ban. IT DANGER!!! That is a super busted tutor, even if the cards do enter the battlefield tapped. Just fetch Leveler, Thassa's Oracle, and... uhh... Teeka's Dragon! (1:22:16) Declare of the Hunt: Fair, ship. A perfectly fine tapped dual land that can get you a little bit of life later on if you have a lot of spare mana, I guess. Also, we are out of "BORT" license plates! :P

Jungle Drake is the most broken OP card idea I've ever seen that doesn't simply say "you win the game". There has to be a price for that.

oh flutterskill could stop things that allow a card to be played from exile in a lot of cases since the card is no longer the same card. for example if a card allows you to exile a card and you may play that card from exile. blinking it would make it a different instance off the card and no longer the one you can play. also im sure split second could do some funky things.

So I don't know if magic has an equivalent of this, but in Yu-Gi-Oh you can banish cards, which is basically the same as exiling them in magic. However Yu-Gi-Oh also has a game mechanic wearing you can banish something face down. Doing so treats the card as though it was banished, but also since it is face down it is treated as though it does not have a name, card type, or any abilities. It is the easiest way to permanently remove something from the game. I like to imagine that the card you saw that exiles and exiled card would function in a similar way.

That's how it works in Magic. Only difference is yugioh allows you to look at banished facedown cards you never got to see, where Magic does not

fuel of nissa gave me a good idea for an unglued type set except every card has a tie in or sponsor.

flutterskill works. you could exile a creature you exiled until a creature you control leaves the battlefield. you could take a card exiled by opponent to play ability of returning later on and oops good by no returning for you... you might astral slide them for example. opponent tries to save a creature with momentary blink... nope its removed from exile and placed in a new exile pile. the split second makes this very versatile

Flutterskill can potentially remove card attachments from things like Oblivion Ring or Grasp of Fate, so the cards wouldn't return to the battlefield.

There are 3 cards with expert in the name and all creatures. So kinda works, also 3/5 for a cycle so complete for wizards.

You can get the -9 on a proliferate deck. However, the pips on Bandit Bully are out of order. Abzan is WBG, so (W/B)BG is the correct order

Boseju, Who Shelters All gets around Jungle Drake. Plus, there are cards like Supreme Verdict which can't be countered. It's dangerous, but that special kind of dangerous that makes me want to see what would happen.

could use throve well priest in a simic deck with ashaya. all your creatures become forests, so you could copy any of them! technically doable... but expensive. cool concept though.

Theres looting, channeling, using red if need be, oh yeah theres self mill and surveil too. Also angellic respire destroys 60card its a 3mana planeswalker that upticks to make its protection and scries while doing it 5 loyalty turn three your opponent cannot kill the planeswalker on their turn even if they curved without spending removal. Barring evasion/haste.

Flutter skill Is a good card for a mage craft deck cause it's an instant and you can't really counter a split second So it's a cheap instant that can't be counted for those mage craft decks that just take mage craft to a whole new level
@gerald21610 ай бұрын
The Abonity card was just a worse expressive iteration, 3 cards Put one creature with mana value equal to your devotion to black tapped and attacking Put one in your hand And the rest on the bottom. Only problem is its a sorcery so i dont think it would resolve because of the attack part

If this card would leave the battlefield, instead it doesn't. If this card would attack or block, instead it doesn't. If a spell, ability, or anthem effect would affect this card, instead it doesn't. This card cannot lose or gain abilities. This card cannot be countered. While on the stack, this card cannot be targeted or affected by an effect a player controls. If this card is in your opening hand, you cannot mulligan. This card cannot be discarded. This card cannot be exiled from your hand. Opponents cannot gain control of this card. (10WUBRG) You and target opponent win the game.
